Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:

- Priority Shipping (2-3 business days): $25
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@januarymoon.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
